Take the long way to work
Two things definitely need to happen if you do.
Get up earlier.
Leave earlier.
Now this all depends on how much longer it will take going the longer way. You may not have to wake up earlier you just need to leave earlier.
You will figure it out.
Taking the long way means no supplements. You just show up everyday and do the workout.
It means being patient because you will not get to your destination as fast.
Whatever you're working on that matters will be like taking the long way to work because it just doesn't happen overnight.
My uncle use to say slowth is the best growth.
