Revisiting 4:15 a.m.

Before I share a thought, let me ask you a question.

What do you need to revisit? I'm talking about something that was good for you but you stop doing it for maybe a good reason.

I have recently revisited getting up at 4:15 a.m. again. I'm way.more productive.

I kick myself for not keeping this habit. Since I have started back getting up at 4:15, I have been getting all my morning routine stuff done.

Like working out. Writing handwritten notes. Etc.

I ask again, what do you need to revisit.
