How to become an enthusiastic leader

Hello readers. Hope you make someone smile today.

I wanted to share how I define Go Win before I share the how on becoming an enthusiastic leader.

Wait, first, let’s define what an enthusiastic leader is to me: a leader who is leading in areas he approves of or has a deep interest in.

I define Go Win as being consistent in doing the “right things” that allow for you to achieve the wins you want for your life so that you can live out your greatest story.

Let’s say one of your wins is to become a more enthusiastic leader.

Here are 3 right things I would say you should be consistent in doing to achieve this win:

  1. Ask yourself this question often: Does this interest me? Is this work I approve of deeply?

  2. Put yourself in position to ask this question. Get out there and experience different things. Try things with the intention of discovering work you approve of. Experience + Right Questions = Discovery <———- I just made that up.

  3. Get around people who will encourage this discovery process and invest in it because they believe in you.

I’m smiling right now because I’m excited about YOU becoming an “enthusiastic leader” which I believe will lead you living out a greater story.

Thanks for reading. I wrote this on my IPad via the Squarespace app with my coffee sitting right next to me waiting for me to drink it.
