John Maxwell has me thinking about what it means to value people, believe in people and unconditionally love people.

John says the best advice he has ever gotten was to do these 3 things everyday.

I started thinking about how can I live this out daily.

Here are a few ways I’m thinking out can live out these 3 things daily.

Practice Active Listening: When interacting with others, truly listen to what they're saying without interrupting or formulating your response. Show genuine interest in their thoughts and feelings, and make eye contact to demonstrate your attention. This conveys respect and value for their perspective.

Express Appreciation: Regularly express your gratitude and appreciation to the people in your life. Acknowledge their contributions, big or small, and let them know how much you value their presence. This could be as simple as saying "thank you" or offering a sincere compliment.

Offer Encouragement: Believe in people's potential and offer them words of encouragement. Celebrate their successes, offer support during challenges, and remind them of their strengths and capabilities. Your belief in them can empower them to achieve their goals.

Forgive Freely: Holding onto grudges or resentment can hinder your ability to love unconditionally. Practice forgiveness, even when it's difficult. Recognize that everyone makes mistakes and that forgiveness is a powerful act of love and compassion.

Serve Others: Look for opportunities to serve without expecting anything in return. This could involve volunteering your time, helping a neighbor, or simply offering a listening ear to someone in need. Acts of service demonstrate your love and commitment to the well-being of others.

What are some ways you see living out valuing people, believing in people and loving people unconditionally?
