I'm struggling to find the words to put with this photo, but I was determined to use it today. The words are on the tip of my fingers; they just don't want to come out. Have you ever been in this moment of wanting to say something but can't? Yet, in your mind, you're saying it perfectly. In my head, I'm thinking about how beautiful this moment is and how beautiful it is to see people grow.

Growth is evident in people's lives in moments. You have those moments of watching your children grow up, and it's not an ongoing process. The moments are spread out. It's when they do certain things that let you see their growth. As a leader working with a team, you have moments that show you that your team is growing. These moments speak to those things you do daily. The more you show up daily, the more moments of growth you will see.

Remember, the moments will let you see growth, both for ourselves and those around us. Embrace these moments, cherish them, and let them inspire you to continue nurturing the seeds of potential within.
