I'm constantly reminding myself of what my uncle told me years ago and that is - slow growth is the best frosty.

It's fun learning to just enjoy life, not that I have had trouble with this but I learn to do it better everyday.

When your children become adults, life really starts to look different.

I'm thinking about if I'm with this is or not and that's the saying - I have no regrets.

I need to share the gospel more. God loves you.

Don't just start with why. Keep the why in front of you and your team and organization at all times. If you lose your why you lose your way.

What do you need to get rid of in your life in this season so you can live out your why for life?

I'm slowly going to start changing my diet to a vegan diet. 🙏🏾
