Traveling with family is always fun.

I have 3 children but 2 are what we consider grown and 1 still in school so it feels like she is the only child.

I want to show up to help people and not show up for my own gain.

I do gain joy out of helping others.

There is a method to the madness of leading others that allows for success.

There seems to be this idea that someone can be a leader without any followers.

It is possible to teach something without actually doing the thing you teach.

Over for caring for people pays off. I want to learn to over care for people

Giving people trust before they gain it is the only way to gain trust. You have to start somewhere.

Asking others how they're growing helps me to grow.

There something special about being a part of something that is bigger than you, me.

I often think about the idea of not being the smartest person in the room.

I think I'm going to have a part 2 of my mom being in my podcast.
