Sometimes we don’t want it bad enough so we sleep in.
Letting your children become adults means letting them make their own decisions but still support them.

Listening to a podcast on journaling to help discover the life you want. Then working towards it. I’m not sure that everyone is working towards something as much as we are just living. There is a difference between working towards something and just living life.
I’m asking a few of my friends what is leadership to them and how are they getting better at leading. I think people define leadership differently.
Managing people and leading people are different. You have to ask yourself are you leading or are you managing. Yes, I can see someone saying he does both.
I was listening to someone on YouTube and they said they weren’t an expert on leadership but a student of leadership.
Creating influence so you can use your influence to achieve a win win win for your organization, the people and yourself as a leader.
