Customer Service starts at the door
I know what you're saying.
Heady, of course you would say this, you’re a greeter.
Yea, true. I will not disagree with you on that but I’m just being honest. And the reason I know this is because I have taken surveys in the past of my customers who attended my events.
Actually, I still get feedback from my clients who hire me to greet.
The feedback is the same when asked of the customers what was the experience like when they came.
And that is… They love how we made them feel when they came in the doors.
It starts at the door ladies and gentlemen.
I would beg to say that this is the same for your employees and students. It starts at the door.
