I have been here before

Where is that place you have been before? Maybe not so much a physical place but a place in life.

Maybe in the work you do you have been there before regarding working through if the work you’re doing is right for you.

Maybe it’s a place in life that you haven’t been taking good care of yourself physically.

You. We have been here before.

Why. Why. Why. Those shouldn’t be periods but question marks.

Why do we end up here again?

I guess the real question is what will we do now that we are here again?

The answer.

Do the last thing you did to get out of this place and this time work hard not to end up here again.

I wasn’t going to write today. But, I have been here before and if I don’t write today - I may not write tomorrow. I already didn’t write yesterday.

The right thing to do is to write.
