After 10 years in the fitness industry, Tracy led the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce as President and CEO. She also co-founded Made Possible By, hosted the Conversations Around Good podcast, and currently serves as the Executive Director of Cultivate, a venture accelerator in OKC.

Tracy is also the author of Disruptive Grace: Hope When Parenting Hurts.

She lives on a red dirt road in Guthrie, happily married to her husband Manly Mike and mother of three mighty warriors:
