What’s the “right thing” for you?

True.

We sometimes don’t know.

Learning what “right things” to do consistently to achieve the win you want for your life may look a little different if we are going after the same win.

Let’s say dropping weight is the win we want.

One of us may find that running consistently is the right thing for us.

You may find playing tennis is the right thing.

Both are great as long as we are achieving the win.

But just know majority of the time when you have a win you want to achieve you will need to discover what that “right thing” is you need to do over and over again. You need to be consistent in.
