Confidence causes people to walk differently. We sometimes call it "swagger," or at least we once did. Seeing someone who is confident in a healthy way makes my heart happy. However, some of us need someone to give us opportunities to help us grow in our confidence. Leaders do this for people. They give opportunities. They help others grow in their confidence, all while growing their influence, which is what makes them a leader.

Remember, true leadership isn't just about achieving personal success, but about empowering others to find their own swagger. By fostering an environment where confidence can flourish, we create a ripple effect of positive change, inspiring those around us to step boldly into their own potential.
