I have been here before

You have been here too. I promise.

Back at the gym after being away for months or maybe years.

This time it's different though. I'm going to stick out because I know how good it is for me.

I have several here recently that has me like - I have been here before.

Like writing.

Like going to the gym.

Like waking up at 4:15 a.m.

I have been here before and wow I know how good all these things are for me.
