What I learned from doing 100 podcast episodes
Hello friend.
So glad you could join me today. It’s a special day.
I need to go buy some confetti.
I’m celebrating 100 episodes of the Heady a Coleman Podcast.
Which didn’t happen over night. It took me a few years.
My first one was July 25, 2017.
How did I get to 100? I didn’t give up. I kept going. There may have been moments of not producing episodes but I kept coming back.
Since I have come up with my approach in the last few months I have found consistency.
2 things happen on my podcast now:
Go Win Conversations with fabulous people.
I talk over my blog post.
Knowing these two things have changed the game for me.
What have I learned:
I love hearing how people got to where they are today.
I overthink things sometimes but I have learned not to let that stop me. This is mainly equipment. 🤦🏽♂️
I’m a fan of learning from others.
The Heady Coleman Podcast Meetup could turn out to be my favorite thing about the podcast. I loved doing my first one.
Doing a podcast gives others a voice for share their story.
I have a long way to go.
The equipment isn’t the most important thing. The content is KING.
I want to keep doing this.
Simple is better. You move faster.
Showing up counts.
What milestone are you looking to achieve soon?
Thanks again for reading.
Im writing this at my kitchen table on my iPhone in the Squarespace app.
Time to drink coffee.
